What we are looking for

A320 Captain

  • A320 type rating;
  • Valid ATPL;
  • Minimum 3000 hours total time;
  • Minimum 250 Command hours on type A320F;
  • 1500 PIC multi crew hours for ICAO license validation;
  • Class 1 medical;
  • Minimum English ICAO Level 4;

A320 First Officer

  • A320 type rating;
  • Valid ATPL or CPL license for EASA candidates or valid ATPL or ATPL frozen license for ICAO candidates;
  • Minimum 100 hours on type A320F for EASA candidates or minimum 100 hours on type A320F + 1500 multicrew hours for ICAO license validation;
  • Class 1 medical;
  • Minimum English ICAO Level 4;

FAQ

There are three main stages. To complete tests, the pilot will need several hours. The online Interview takes 30 minutes. The overall assessment time frame depends on pilot availability, If candidates are available, the whole assessment can be completed within a week. 

We are doing our best to provide outcome for candidates to the next stages within 1-2 days.

OCC takes 9-10 days. After that depending on training availabilities we aim to release pilots as soon as possible.

We are doing upgrades every year. Minimum requirements to be eligible for the upgrade is 3000 TT BH & 2 OPCs in the company.

We have many different bases all around the world and bases are changing depending on the new projects. We take everyone’s preferences into account, but it also depends on operational needs. 

  • We do suggest for your convenience to use Computer Mouse for Online Cognitive Test;
  • To achieve better Online Tests results we advice to be honest;
  • Take your time and do not rush during Online Tests, read the questions thoroughly;
  • Hold your Passport/ID close for Online Tests and Online Interview assessment since we will ask you to show it;
  • Be ready to go deeper into situations during Online Interview.
