Cabin Crew Requirements
- Age: at least 18 years old.
- Minimum secondary education degree.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
- Valid EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel.
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew Medical report.
- Valid Criminal Record;
- Ability to swim unassisted.
- No visible tattoos/piercings.
- Flexibility: we operate flights 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we are looking for adaptable team players who are open to varying schedules and occasional short-notice changes.

No, the bases are assigned by the company according to operational needs.
Ground training in Vilnius takes 7-8 days and 2-day online training are planned afterwards. 2 familiarization flights are planned as well if you do not have previous experience on A320 family type aircraft.
Yes, a uniform is provided free of charge. However, cabin crew need to take care of a cabin bag, shoes and a belt.
