Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company’s matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

  • Initiate the setup of the new projects (IT Tool, internal teams) to ensure the performance of the project in terms of planning.
  • Coordinate process between Customer, internal teams (Commercial, Engineering, Planning and Production Team) and third parties.
  • Control and monitor entire project lifecycle: from preparation through ongoing phases to project completion.
  • Manage issues during projects with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct aircraft physical inspections if needed.
  • Report project progress to Customer and internal teams.
  • Preparation and provision of all required technical documentation and information to the Customer and Commercial Team.
  • Enhance existing IT tools for project management to improve efficiency and adaptability.

 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation and/or minimum of 3 years work experience in Part 145 and/or Part CAMO organizations.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations.
  • Fluent spoken and written in English.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work autonomously, proactiveness.
  • Knowledge of relevant type of aircraft – A320 Family.
