Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.
Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company’s matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?
- Prepare CAMO/P-145 personnel competency and qualification assessments;
- Upload all required personnel files and do follow-ups on Cisefa;
- Organize internal trainings for CAMO/P-145 personnel (including purchasing with training organizations, communicating with trainees, doing follow-up of accomplished trainings and archiving;
- Assist CAMO and P-145 Compliance Monitoring Specialists with Spare part supplier evaluation and monitoring (audits, surveys);
- Assist Training and Competence Specialist with preparation of references, letters and other documents regarding completed trainings and experience records;
- Perform various other duties assigned by Technical Compliance Monitoring Manager.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude;
- Ability to work in team and individually;
- Ability to be precise, demonstrate a responsible attitude, and pay close attention to detail;
- Interest in Aviation sector;
- Degree (can be undergraduate) in aviation field would be considered as an advantage.
