Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company’s matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

  • Be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the EN9120 standard in the warehouse;
  • Act as the Management Representative for all EN9120-related matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements;
  • Oversee and audit spare parts and material suppliers to ensure compliance with EN9120 and EASA standards;
  • Conduct regular audits and provide supervision for CAMO maintenance providers (Part-145) from a compliance monitoring perspective;
  • Serve as the focal point for the oversight of CAMO maintenance providers (Part-145), including the preparation and implementation of the annual supervision plan;
  • Regularly review and monitor updates to EASA and EN9120 requirements, adjusting the oversight program as necessary to maintain compliance;
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to management, highlighting the results of the oversight program and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to the oversight program based on audit findings and changes in regulatory requirements.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Personal requirements:

  • Good communication skills and positive attitude;
  • Ability to work in team and individually;
  • Ability to be accurate, work responsible-minded and pay attention to details;
  • Strong analytical skills to assess audit results, identify trends, and make informed decisions on compliance and improvement.

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher education (an aviation-related diploma would be considered as an advantage);
  • At least 5 years of working experience in similar activities;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • At least 1 year in a management position;
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9000 and/or EN/AS9120 standards;
  • In-depth knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations;
  • Aviation auditor training or quality management training;
  • HF, FTS, EWIS, and SMS training would be an advantage;
  • General knowledge of the A320 Family aircraft would be an advantage.
