Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company’s matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing daily technical questions and resolving discrepancies.
  • Provide professional technical advice to licensed aircraft engineers and flight crew.
  • Monitor aircraft technical status to minimize the time required for rectifying MEL/CDL items.
  • Oversee and coordinate AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events to minimize aircraft downtime.
  • Handle various mandatory documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain continuous cooperation and communication with other departments and external providers to ensure the quickest possible recovery of the fleet.
  • Verify that deferred defects addressed by Line Maintenance Engineers are completed correctly.
  • Review, analyze, and administer incoming parts requests, and communicate with the Material and Logistics team.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • EASA B1 or B2 aircraft license for the A320 family.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance on A320 Family aircraft.
  • Good understanding of technical operation procedures and manuals.
  • Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations, specifically EASA Part 145 and Part M.
  • Understanding of aircraft maintenance planning.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Experience working in complex organizations and demonstrate skills in cross-functional work interfaces.
