Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company’s matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?
- Analyze Production Performance for each input with regards to work scope management, defect management, task management.
- Prepare base maintenance plan for upcoming Base Maintenance season based on the Long-Term Maintenance Forecast.
- Evaluate workscopes/ workpacks for each input to make sure that necessary tools, materials, Retables, mod kits are available and/or ordered as planned in coordination with relevant departments and MROs for upcoming base maintenance season.
- Communicates effectively and accurately with Base Maintenance project managers, Base Maintenance On-Site Engineers, MROs, relevant departments in order for ensuring that all maintenance tasks in the work scope are carried out as planned in terms of production planning.
- Support base maintenance events as on-site engineer upon Head`s Request.
- Coordinate applicable post base maintenance works in terms of Production planning.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 2 years experience in aviation in similar role.
- Ability to team work;
- Minimum 1 year of experience representing Aircraft operator during maintenance events.
- Bachelor aeronautical education or EASA Part 66 B 1 /B 2 AML.
- Knowledge of EASA, Part 145, Part M, Airbus A 320 F MPD, Airbus, A 320 F CEO/NEO aircraft.
- Strong Planning skills.
- Proficiency of English language.
